About Drowse
Drowse is a free sleep sound app provided by Studio 3020 ("we", "us"). These terms cover the Drowse app and the drowse.app website, including its sound previews. By using the app or the website, you agree to these terms.
Use of the app
Drowse is provided free of charge. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute or resell the app or its contents, and you may not reverse-engineer the app except to the extent applicable law allows it despite this restriction.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, free of errors, or suitable for any particular purpose. Drowse is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Intellectual property
The Drowse app, its design, and its code are owned by Studio 3020. Ambient sounds included in the app are used under the Pixabay License. Background images are used under the Unsplash License.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Belgian law. If you are a consumer in the European Union, you also keep any protections granted by the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
